You know that Android and iOS are top most mobile platform. The latest achievement of iOS is they have sold 9 million – yes 9 million iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S within last week. This is not a small record as said because they have broken down the previous record of their one and only contender, Android.
Anyway, EA Sports aka Electronic Arts is another great company which is providing bright computer and mobiles games like Need For Speed, FIFA, BattleField etc. I have played almost every game by EA Sports and there is no other alternative to this company according to their game quality.
Introducing FIFA 2014 for iOS:
You know that this is not a new story since EA sports disclosed that on last week only for iOS. But it hit the market with some bugs by which players can cheated with their defender and so on. So, they have done several enhancements and unconfined that before two days.
You must need iOS 5.0 or newer versions to play this game. All the following devices are compatible with this new game;

If you are talking about the Android version which is required for running this game, I would say, don’t worry since you can play it on your phone which is running on Android 2.3.3 or later versions.
Verdict:
If you are real football lover, I suggest recommend you to play this game. You won’t play any other after doing so. But if you have low quality phone, I don’t recommend you to run it on your phone. Your phone will be very (very) slow. On the other end, if you have a limited data connection, you should not download it since it is almost 1.3GB (1297.91MB) of memory for both Android and iOS. Apart from these issues, you are on the right way to do something interesting.
