Everyone is learner. We always read other’s blog to know more about new things. Sometime we read from browser but most of the time we read blogs from desktop based RSS reader on any platform like Windows, Mac etc. There is a lot of RSS readers i.e. FeedDemon, FeedRoller and more others.
But we haven’t mentioned any tool for Mac OS X to read feed of your favorite blog. Today I am going to introduce such a great desktop based RSS feed reader which is known as Vienna and come with minimalist options.
Generally, we always try to find an app which has only useful options instead of tons of needless options. If you are one of them, try Vienna on your Mac.
First look at Vienna:
I just love Vienna which is also free of cost. Just grab a free copy of Vienna and start using it. You can set it up within moments – you just need the feed URL of your favorite blog. On the other end, this is also very easy to find out the feed URL of any blog.
You can sort blog’s articles according to the day i.e. Today’s Article or even any date article.
How to set up Vienna?
This is actually the easiest task ever. Open this app and press the “Plus” button which is situated at the top-left area.
Then add the feed URL of your favorite blog and press the “Subscribe” button;
Other features of Vienna:
You can also share any article on Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter and so on. This is also possible to schedule your post through Buffer. If you want to sort your articles by read, unread or anything else, head on to the option which says “Filter By”.
If you need a desktop based RSS reader for our Mac, there is no alternative to Vienna. You can simply use it. Moreover, this is free of cost also. But if you want to do something more with an existing feed reader, Vienna is not for you.
