Hence, the problem starts. It becomes very [very] difficult to find out a particular app like Photoshop from that cluttered screen. However, if you do something i.e. replace default icon with your own photo (icon), it will be helpful for you.
How to change app icon from start screen of Windows 8.1?
This is actually easy and you do not need any third party application. Just open the app section from the start screen of your Windows 8.1 PC and select the app of which you want to change the icon or rename. [Do right click to select. Left click won’t select] Then select the option that says Open File Location.
Then right click on that selected app and go to Properties. After that, select Change Icon button.
Now you have to select an icon. You can either use given icon or custom icon.
