You know that Google Form is one of the best way to create contact form according to your requirements. If you are using Google Blogger, which doesn’t have any attracting and useful contact form, you can simply opt-in to Google Form to add a contact form and contact page.
In my previous tutorial, I have taught how you can create a contact form using Google Form within moments. However, in that tutorial, I mentioned how you can get the form URL to redirect others to your contact page. But this tutorial is for them, who want to embed the entire contact form on any webpage without knowing any coding knowledge. This is just like embedding YouTube video on webpage.
How to embed Google Form on any webpage?
This is however very easy. Just create a form as you wish. After completing everything, press the Send form button that is located in the top-right section of your page.
After that, click the Embed button from the pop-up window.
Now you will get a line of HTML code that you have to embed in your webpage.
If you don’t want to execute of these steps, you can simply put the form unique code in the following iFrame.

Just replace form-unique-id with your own code.
How to get the unique ID?
When you are creating form, you will get a URL as follows;
Therefore, the form-unique-id is 1xlTDDKnQRGsrWo34YTgF7-YgPX_r9UBUgAi9tcD4yro.
