As globalization has hit the Indian economy, a wide range of products that have entered the Indian subcontinent. India has a wide range of customers as well and it becomes a task for customers to actually look out for different products at various departmental stores. They usually end up buying the usual beverages without looking for a new one. This is where online shopping portals like Beveragewala strikes in.
They guarantee to provide their customer their favorite beverage at ease and the best prices possible. They commenced in the year 2014, and now they cater to almost 1000 beverage products and around 90 brands. Tea and coffee does not mean the usual tea but they have a huge variety like herbal tea, black tea, infused tea, green tea, variety of coffees and more. The list is increasing day by day. Since they are just a startup they handle everything quite manually. When Beveragewala receives an order from a customer they contact the customer via phone call to confirm the order. They try to send the ordered product within a business cycle of one day or maximum two days for that matter. They even send the customer a confirmation mail of the delivery details. They have already tied up with three courier services and will enlarge their scale of operations as the demand increases. They provide a cash on delivery option as well as on online payment option. The customer can decide according to his needs. Today they get orders on some specific goods only so they try to maintain a small inventory so that the stock clears easily. As and when the demand increases they will maintain large inventory as well as new warehouses. Currently they keep their inventory at a warehouse in Gurgaon.
Beveragewala was founded and conceptualized by Manish Hada and his spouse Puja Hada. Currently they have a small core team consisting of three members namely manish, puja the founders and sajal who looks after the purchase department. They have a head quarter in Gurgaon and till now are self funded. Ideas like these just need publicity and they are ready to roll.
