Create and download backup from Google Account:-

It will redirect you to Google Takeout and then select service. Create and download backup from Twitter:-
Go to here (it’s the direct link of your Twitter profile Settings) and click the button that says Request your archive.
After that you will get an email to your existed email id with the download link of your backup.
Create and download backup from Facebook:-
Go to here (it’s the direct link of your Facebook Account Settings) and click the link that shows Download a copy.[bws_related_posts]
After that Start My Archive.
After that confirm your backup.
After a few moments, you will get the option to export your account details.
