You know that every operating systems allow you to set solid color as desktop background as well as any picture. But you have to spend couple of moments to set a desktop background. At download it from here and after downloading, just run it as administrator.
The first color will also be a solid color. If you want to change the color, just rename it like the following way. (See the picture)
After that again run it as administrator. This app also supports HTML color codes. If you want to set any color just paste the HTML color code in the place of “Red“. Like the following picture;
