If you want to open the “Download” page to check whether a download has been finished or not, you can do two different things. You can either open it by navigating the following option;
Customize and Control Google Chrome >> Downloads
Or
You can type “chrome://downloads/” as an url and hit enter. But sometimes, it will be little bit time spender for busy persons. At this situation, you can use an extension that will add a download button in context menu and default start screen in Google Chrome.
Meet “Download” which will do the same for you. After adding it in your browser, you will find that button in both arenas. Now, you can go to your download page faster than ever.
