Chinese Mobile Manufacturer Xiaomi, is working hard to improve their after-sales support in India. The company made its foundation strong in Indian markets. Xiaomi recently launched their new service, PickMi. This service is a door-to-door pick up and drop service for Xiaomi smartphone. Xiaomi smartphones, which are running under the warranty can be serviced with this PickMi service.
To avail this service, Xiaomi user needs to call on the toll-free number, which is 1800-103-6286. You’ll be charged INR 189 for availing this service. Your Xiaomi device will be picked up and then will be dropped at your location after full repairing. This service is only available for Xiaomi customers residing in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. Other cities will be added in this service very soon.
Xiaomi partnered with GadgetWood, which is a similar pick up and drop startup for gadget repairing. GadgetWood supports a multi-brand gadget repairing with pick up and drop at doorsteps. Users whose Devices are picked up via GadgetWood, Can be tracked online. You can check the repair and shipping process via SMS and telephonic support.
With the increasing popularity of Xiaomi in Indian markets, it is necessary to increase the after-sales support service. Xiaomi has big plans in Indian markets. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said that, “They have plans to become the number one smartphone maker in India by next three years.”
