How to Enable Android Device Manager and Get Back Your Lost Phone

Android – the best mobile operating system which has millions of active users from all over this world. Previously, I mentioned a trick to get the IMEI number of your lost Android device, which was pretty helpful, but today I am going to show you how you can almost control your lost Android device with the help of Android Device Manager.

What you can do with Android Device Manager?

You can get the GPS location of your Android phone. You can minutely check the location on Google Maps. On other hands, you can ring your phone (No matter if your phone in Silent or vibrate mode.) and make a factory reset that will erase all data of your phone or tablet.

How to enable Android Device Manager?

This is, however, very easy. Google Android has automatically added this option in your phone. You can get this option by navigating Settings >> Security >> Device Administrators. Then tap on Android Device Manager and activate it.

Test:

After that hit this link and sign in with the email ID that you have synchronized with your phone. Then you can get the location and other things.

That’s it!

Why Versed Tech doesn’t like this feature?

You can only get back your lost device until the current holder does not make the factory reset of your phone since this feature erases every data from your phone. Alternatively, if the current holder deactivates the Android Device Manager from your phone, you cannot not locate your device or do anything else.
